Stainless Steel Concentric & Eccentric Reducer is also called a reducer, which is used to connect pipes of different sizes; generally, it is divided into two types: concentric reducers and eccentric reducers. When the projection of the two ends of the reducer is a concentric circle after it is erected, it is called a concentric reducer, while the projection of the eccentric reducer is a small circle inscribed in the outer circle.

In the power, mining, metallurgy and other industries, the transportation and output of materials are all carried out at close distances and high pressure. The pipeline is under considerable pressure and is subject to severe wear. It is difficult for a single material pipeline to meet the requirements of this working condition, especially stainless steel elbows, reducers and other pipe fittings. Considering their usability and service life, the focus is on improving the toughness, impact resistance, and wear resistance of the pipeline lining. At the same time, the overall strength of the pipeline and elbow should also be considered. Before bonding the stainless steel reducers, wipe the socket side and the outside of the plug with a dry cloth. When the surface is greasy, wipe it clean with acetone. The following points should be noted:

1. Control caliber: DIN standard (DN10-DN150), 3A/IDF standard (1/2"-6"), ISO standard (Ф12.7-Ф152.4);

2. International industrial standards: DIN, ISO, SMS, 3A, IDF, etc.;

3. Product material: 316, 316L;

4. Quality and use: The stainless steel reducers are polished inside and outside to meet the surface precision requirements; this product is suitable for dairy, food, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industrial fields;

5. External processing: non-standard products can be processed according to user requirements and samples;

6. Connection method: clamp (quick installation), welding, thread (slip joint).
